- Rionello Trading Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) is hosting a contest with the theme “Giveaway Air Conditioner” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
- Participation in the Contest is open to permanent residents of Cyprus.
- The duration of the Contest is set from 21/09/2023 until 08/01/2024. The Organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the contest with a relevant announcement on their website.
- Participation Terms: To enter the Contest, you must comment on the contest post, specifying the location in your home where you intend to install the air conditioner and the person you would like to enjoy it together.
- A valid entry is considered any participation in the Contest that follows the instructions of the terms and is submitted within the specified dates.
- Prize of the Contest: 1 (one) lucky winner will receive a brand-new air conditioner valued at €580.
- The winner will be determined through a draw, which will take place after the end of the Contest at the Organizer’s offices and will be announced on 11/01/2024.
- Disqualification of Participants: The following individuals are excluded from the Contest: a) employees of the Organizer’s company, b) first-degree relatives of the aforementioned employees, as well as their spouses, c) individuals who use a pseudonym on social media platforms, making it impossible to verify their identity.
- The name of the winner will be announced on the Organizer’s website with a special post. To claim the prize, the winner must provide accurate personal information. The winner may be photographed during the prize collection, and the photo may be posted on the Organizer’s online platforms.
- This contest is not affiliated with Facebook, and Facebook has no involvement in the prizes and the draw. The exclusive responsible party for this contest is Rionello Trading Ltd.
